Our company website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the
online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be
stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications.
They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.


All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the
standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a
joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS
requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its
service providers.


TWIPLA is a website analytics service that measures traffic on our website and collects
general information from our website visitors. We create statistics to improve the experience
of our website visitors. We never use cookies for this purpose. As a website operator using
TWIPLA to conduct reach measurement, depending on the level of data protection we have
activated, we may process information about the device you are using and its
characteristics, information about technical characteristics of the website visit, the number of
page visits and statistically relevant behavior of our website visitors. The technology does
not use the collected data to identify individual visitors or to match the data with additional
information about an individual user. Depending on the location from which you access our
website, TWIPLA may not collect any information about the device you are using due to our
technical settings.

can submit a request for us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to

hello@decadescollective.com. To ensure that the request for access is made by you, we ask
that you include a copy of your identity document with your request. In this copy, please
black out your photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of
your passport), passport number, and citizen service number (BSN) to protect your privacy.
Decades Collective will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but no later than
within four weeks.


Decades Collective also wishes to inform you that you have the right to file a complaint with
the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit
