About the course 💭

This session is part of Vlada’s 4-day course "Unlock Your Creativity". This course is designed to help you cultivate presence, unlock creativity, and build confidence in self-expression. Through mindfulness, improvisation, and communication techniques, you’ll learn to quiet self-doubt, think more creatively, and connect authentically with others.

Whether for personal growth or professional development, this course offers a practical and engaging way to explore your creative potential.

For a complete immersion and full experience we advise our students to attend all sessions within a single course. Of course, the classes of the course can be purchased separately.

Awareness & Presence

Goal: Cultivate focus and attention, release self-doubt, and express yourself naturally.

• Learn to slow down and fully embrace each moment.

• Let go of stress, tension, and overthinking.

• Reconnect with your inner child — spontaneous, free, and playful.

Through playful exercises, mindfulness techniques, and creative movement, you'll rediscover the joy of simply being — free from pressure or judgment.

Freedom & Self-Expression

Goal: Break through inner barriers and explore personal expression through acting.

• Tap into your natural charisma — without pretence or self-doubt.

• Harness the power of improvisation — trust yourself in any situation.
